Sony has presented specific event his first two electronic tablets, the tablets as rumored Playstation crisper finally by your operating system: Honeycomb. The Playstation Certified in both devices providing the same experience Xperia Play on the big screen, that is, conversions of classic PSOne to $ 5 per title.

There is sensed the first smartphone Playstation has not convinced me a lot during the weeks that I could try it (soon will have playable and usable analysis on Joystiq and Engadget ). With these tablets, provisionally dubbed S1 and S2, the same could happen. We will not go to prosecute, however, a product that has been presented almost in a testimonial, and finalize designs by without too many details about functionality or specifications.

S1 is perhaps the most similar to the successful bid for Apple , with a 9.4 inches screen, dual camera and the usual NVIDIA Tegra 2. The back has a functional curve reminiscent of a book fold.

With respect to S2, we find a much more radical proposal, with two 5.5-inch retractable screen that allows a resolution up to 1024x480 pixels. This shell design to what seems a priori quite uncomfortable, although a server here has always been fond of straight lines. The most interesting is a priori the possibility of using both screens simultaneously and independently, seeing such as Crash Bandicoot runs on top while the bottom is used as a controller.

The tablets will be compatible with Qriocity (Sony multimedia service that is already present in Playstation 3, PSP and Xperia Play) PlayStation Suite, Reader Store and Bravia TVs (as a remote control). Both will support WiFi, 3G and 4G.
